Tap Restore Purchase on the payment page to unlock access for all active subscribers and their family members via Family Sharing.
If your subscription has expired, the restore will not work. You can check your subscription expiration date on the payment page.
Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple account that was used for the original purchase. If you are not sure which account that is, look for the email receipt from Apple — it will show the Apple account used for the transaction.
If you purchased the Canon or Fujifilm app before May 2026, you need to download the dedicated app from your purchase history in the App Store.
To do so, open App Store, tap on your profile icon in the top right corner, select “Apps & Purchase History” and then “Your Apps”. Download the legacy version of Shutter from the list of your apps.
The legacy app continues to receive the same updates as the new App Store app, including support for all cameras.
