Can I use Shutter+ to control the bulb time and use an intervalometer with bulb?

Yes, in Shutter+, BULB can be used together with the intervalometer. Simply set the camera into BULB mode, and then you can set the shutter speed using the app. After this, turn on and setup the intervalometer intervals as normal.
