Contact Support
If you run into an issue or have a question, email support from the app’s Support section. This is the best way of getting help as it provides us with context about your subscription and camera connection status. You can expect a response within 18 hours.
If you don’t have Shutter installed, you can also use the contact form.
Diagnostic Report
When contacting support about a technical issue, share a diagnostic report. This gives the support team detailed information about your connection and app state, which helps resolve issues faster.
To share a diagnostic report, go to the Support section in the app and tap Share Diagnostic Report.
Report a Translation Issue
Shutter supports multiple languages. If you spot a translation error, tap Report Translation Issue in the Support section. This opens an email with the relevant details pre-filled.
