Connecting to Your Camera

Shutter connects to your camera wirelessly (all supported cameras) or over a USB cable (check support for your camera):

  1. Wireless Connection — the primary method. Your camera creates a Wi-Fi network that your iPhone joins. Works anywhere and doesn’t require any additional equipment.
  2. USB Connection — for tethered shooting and fast file transfers over a cable. Useful for transferring large files like RAW images or for video monitoring.
