Camera Disconnects Unexpectedly

The Wi-Fi connection drops while you’re using the app.

Causes

On some camera models, interacting with the camera body (browsing menus, reviewing photos, pressing the playback button) drops the Wi-Fi connection. This is a hardware limitation.

Fixes

1. Stay in shooting-ready mode. Don’t browse menus or review photos on the camera body while connected.
2. Stay within range. Wi-Fi range is typically 10–15 meters, less with obstacles between you and the camera.
