Subscribing
Shutter requires a subscription to use. Three options are available:
- Monthly — pay month-to-month
- Annual — yearly billing with a 7-day free trial
- Lifetime — one-time purchase for permanent access
We recommend starting with the annual plan to get a 7-day free trial. You can switch to a different plan before the trial ends.
Managing Your Subscription
To change or cancel your plan, go to Support > Manage Subscription in the app. This opens your Apple subscription settings where you can switch plans or turn off auto-renewal.
Restoring Purchases
If you reinstall the app or switch to a new device, tap Restore Purchase on the payment screen to reactivate your subscription.
Family Sharing
Shutter supports Family Sharing. A single subscription can be shared with members of your Family Sharing group.
Multiple Camera Brands
Each brand has its own app with its own subscription. If you use both Canon and Sony cameras, for example, you’ll need a subscription for each app.
