Installing Watch app

The Apple Watch app is downloaded automatically when you download an iPhone app. It should be installed automatically on your Watch.

If Shutter does not appear in your Watch app, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and scroll through the My Watch page to see the installation progress. The process will be faster when your Watch is on a charger.
